ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

These  general  guidelines should be considered when creating artwork for Large/Grand  Format Digital Printing. All files should be in CMYK & PC ready.

File Types: Eps, Pdf, Jpeg, Tiff

Artwork Layout: Adobe Illustrator is our preferred application for layouts. Your design should be created in proportion to the final output size i.e.  1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:5, 1:10 ratios. Please supply a hard copy proof or soft copy PDF/JPEG for us to use as a reference.

All fonts need to be converted to outlines /curves.

Recommended Resolutions for quality images at final output size:

Large outdoor banners: 72dpi
POS: 150dpi

Colour Matching:

Pantone colours cannot be matched accurately with digital process inks. We will endeavour to colour match as close as possible on request. Charges will apply.

Supplying Artwork:

Small files under 5mb can be sent via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Larger files can be provided on CD/DVD/memory stick or uploaded to our FTP Server, located on our website.

Banner sizes:

Seamless banners up to 3200mm high x long lengths or larger with welded joins.
